Description

RSI's second cover, and this one comes as a result of a hard-won tournament title for Julianne Hough.  The funny thing is that you can tell from the way I wrote it up that I thought it was something of a flukey victory.  I had no clue that it was the start of something huge. :)

Aside from Jules, it was a nice showing by RSI as a whole.  Danni's result is worth noting, both for her success and for the opponent that eventually ended her run.  We won't hear about Cheryl Cole again for a long while, but, when we do, it'll be BIG. :D

Overall, there are a lot of interesting details in this one.  Steph and Aly's struggles against familiar faces.  Brit and Leesh and the indomitable Doutzen Kroes.  All of this stuff comes back around, for sure.

Another interesting note... I see I made reference at the end of this to the changing of the franchise names.  So now I can stop all of that "later renamed to" stuff at the top of these things. =P

NOTE: I have absolutely nothing to do with the cover images.    All credit goes to the UMMA manager.  I included them here because:
    1) They're awesome and
    2) They are, without a doubt, art... and I'm happy to spread his work for as many people as possible to see.  Be sure to click the link below to see more.
