I admit I was a little bit surprised by this one. I 've come to think of Richelle as the woman who exhausts every avenue from humor to compassion to plain old conversation in these conversations. To find her throwing up her hands and letting the confrontation end without that "oh yeah!!!!!?????" moment was different. I certainly don't think she is a 'put em up' girl as an end result 100 % of the time, she's way past that, but I almost saw this one as she backed down. Even if for the greater good. It was a much more businesswoman approach. I don't why it surprised me but it did. I really love the content though. It's not often you read that 'my friend is screwing up her career and it might me because of me.'
