Ok, I admit I had to go all the way back to the intro to this series to figure out howi got from pt 1 to where I am now. You covered it nicely with "Meanwhile..."
As I read this I couldn't help but wonder if you had this planned from the end of Emma's tale and just waited until now or if you had an epiphany at some later point. Just curious. I can see either scenario being what happened.
It never occurred to me how scarred Danni was from the previous events. Like Richelle I tend to think she just powers through everything. Nice job giving her a softer side.
For those reading this from here will be a bit of a spoiler alert for the futire so you may want to stop.
IM beginning to see now the relationship between Danni and Richelle form. I think Girls Night and now this are the first hints youve really offered that there is more going on than Richelle realizes but doesn't recognize immediately. Other than the hospital scene but that easily could be friends worrying about friends!
